And so it ends

Unbelievable though it feels, but the 13 weeks of this course are now up. There have been times where I have spread myself way too thin, I'm aware of that, especially when a few unexpected events added stress in different ways... some good, some not so good.

I can't honestly say I would definitely have chosen this particular unit if it wasn't a course requirement, but I have learned a great deal from it. Some of it I enjoyed, some of it I muttered some rather choice, non-academic language about.

Beyond the material of the course, there are a few other things I have worked out.

1. I hate blogging.

2. Whatever time I believe I can give to study, I need to reduce by at least a quarter before committing to anything.

3. I hate blogging.

4. Be aware of when major sporting events are on that I like to watch (I must remember this in 2010 when the Winter Olympics and Commonwealth Games are on).

5. I hate blogging.

It's been a learning curve, that's for sure. I'm not used to this studying thing again yet, I think that will take quite some time. There's a lot of bad habits to break. But I still have the same goals I started with, so it's onward and upward (much preferable to the alternative of a screaming heap) and on to further study.
